Working in govt sector is fine but a lot of lacks, but satisfaction in holidays like weekly 5 days only working

A lot of lacks no promotions,no hikes, mainly partiality showing basing on the person, community showing, giving importance, and no rules an regulations following basing on Incharge priority partially for liked people

Had a good opportunity to work with colleagues at all the places of posting. Could learn lot of activities while in service. As it is a Govt. organization, the career growth depends on the policy of the Govt. to hire and creation of new posts in the hierarchy which therefore curtails growth in terms of higher post. Being in the Govt. sector, there is always a possibility of favoritism being extended to a set of persons resulting in demoralizing of the employees. Learning depends on individual interest to learn new activities since training and refreshing courses or advanced training's opportunities are very limited.
