Had a good opportunity to work with colleagues at all the places of posting. Could learn lot of activities while in service. As it is a Govt. organization, the career growth depends on the policy of the Govt. to hire and creation of new posts in the hierarchy which therefore curtails growth in terms of higher post. Being in the Govt. sector, there is always a possibility of favoritism being extended to a set of persons resulting in demoralizing of the employees.
