Over all I'm very much happy to work in Marikar (Motors) Ltd., 100% Job satisfaction and Job security which I never found in my past working experiences.

Dislikes

I'm working in Trivandrum, Head Office. When compared to the cost of living salary is low to manage in Trivandrum.

I dont like anything from Marikar Side. The worst company that I ever work with. They laid off from my job on June 24 2020 without giving at least one month Notice period. I haven't learn anything from there. I will never refer anyone to work there.

Dislikes

The worst company I had ever worked with. No proper salary, salary deductions , No career growth. Please, Never go to Marikar Group, if you need a better future. Under the pandemic situation , they should not laid any of there employees like this.

...heir dealership because of their inefficiency..Crosscheck with above Companies.The salary is started from 7000 (back office staff)to 12000(for executive).Incriment is difficult for several year.

Inefficiency in management.Red tag in every process,No incriment in salary after two year.No single rupee incentive for sale.

At the time of covid, one they told me not to come to office next day onwards. I request them to give at least 15 days notice period to get another job. But they refused it. No appraisal, No Job security is there highlights.
