If ur planning to join Marico get ready to have daily calls in the evening from 5.30-7.30 and your manager will directly ask u to work on Sundays and Public holidays too. If you prefer Work life balance then this is not the place.

...on Managers .The process of doing sales is completely worst.No systematic sales.No bifurcated area if your distributor gives margin cut ok or else some other area will come and sale Asm will not say anything as his Target is achieved.

...wth Opportunities, It takes 10-15 Years from Executive level to Manager Level. Compensation is extremely low. No Job Security, Company can terminate the employees in Overnight.
