Work culture is good, their is a balance between work life balance

Salary is not ok, if you are working from a long time and very good at your work. Still company will give more CTC to a new person who is very new to industry and has less experience to sector.

It's good Organization, but lot of work load, when you joining the Marico, have to take good salary otherwise will not get increment on yearly.

Work and Life balance is not good ot of work who is working in 3p/2p sub contract manufacturing sites,they don't even get off on Sunday, will have to Manage work and personal life. Instead of corporate office all facilities are there even Saturday is also off day

...ecessarily pressure for KPI without solving identified problems to achieve KPIs. Variable pay 7% targets are always on very higher side so don't expect variable payout. Managers being directly joined as management trainee and they are not aware of ground level operations and their expectations are not aligned with the reality. There is no clarity and proper handover process in supply chain. Team shuffling happens anytime and whenever required. With respect to job activities there is no clarity about what to do and how to do. Managers also don't have much deeper clarity about the same. The most important thing is that there is no future for executives in this organisation as executives never gets promoted here in supply chain team.

On paper Sales Incentives are on a higher side. Brand Parachute is having pull in the market

...e seeing a hell lot of undercutting and cross selling from B2B and B2C platform. In the end u will be ending up only having salary and no incentives. If ur planning to join Marico get ready to have daily calls in the evening from 5.30-7.30 and your manager will directly ask u to work on Sundays and Public holidays too. If you prefer Work life balance then this is not the place.
