Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

I have worked with three organizations before but after joining Mariadda I started to enjoy using my knowledge and skills. It has very good team to work with. I learnt a lot about new technologies while working here. I feel motivated working here .

Dislikes

The interview process is a lengthy one and a tough one too. The process is very extensive and robust and it is sometimes very tough for a small team to work with a deadline.
