I'm working here from past 3yrs , got a promotion also, but there no proper hikes in salaries, it's very disappointed me🤣 , work environment is good People can work those dnt have any expectation

...angana, not gives promotion to Telangana employees who are working in their org. No salary increments also to Telangana employees compare to Andhra employees . Caste feeling also.

Company and chairman also good actually నేను ఇక్కడ వచ్చిన తరువాతే పెళ్లి చేసుకున్న ఇద్దరు పిల్లలు పుట్టారు ఇప్పుడ లోన్ తీసుకుని ఇల్లు కూడా కట్టుకుంటున్న, ఇలాంటి చిన్న జీతాలతో సర్డుకుపోతు ఎదగటం చాలా నేర్చకున్నాను ఇందుకు నేను కృతజ్ఞతలు తెలుపుతున్నాను

Company and Brand also very good but ఒక్కటి మాత్రం చాలా బాధనిపిస్తుంది ఇక్కడ క్యాస్ట్ చాలా ఇంపర్టెంట్ ఇస్తారు కష్టపడే వాడు ఎదగటం లేదు అది మన ఎండీ గారు గుర్తించాలి ఇది కూడా మీరు గుర్తిస్తే చాలా మంది ఆనందిస్తారు ఏళ్లతరబడి జీతాలు కానీ ప్రమోషన్ కానీ రావటం లేదు but నిత్యావసరాల ధరలు మాత్రం పెరిగిపోతున్నాయి , సాలరీ మీద డిపెండ్ అయ్యే వాడికి మాత్రమే తెలుస్తాయి సిటీ లో కర్చులు
