I'm working here from past 3yrs , got a promotion also, but there no proper hikes in salaries, it's very disappointed me🤣 , work environment is good People can work those dnt have any expectation

...angana, not gives promotion to Telangana employees who are working in their org. No salary increments also to Telangana employees compare to Andhra employees . Caste feeling also.

Mainly salaries are very lower compared to cost of living in city like hyderabad. Promotions here will come very lately As this company has 6 working days a week there is no work life balance also there are no leaves for important festivals. There is very less scope for skill development as here they only give one work, anyone can do that work there is no development of skill in it. Because of this work satisfaction automatically reduces
