Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. Dislikes

Dont have any Rules and Regulations. Senior employee are coming at 11am and not following any rules. They don't have any plan about work and doing randomly work. Job security is zero, boss is going to tell "not to come from tomorrow".

No job security, boss himself is not able to take the decision,work culture is not quite right and there is a lot of politics.

Everything is done there manually. No anybody follow system, on the job training is not given to new joinees
