Job security, since they are severely understaffed. Ahmedabad is a location that is cheaper and affordable, so you would survive with their bare minimum salary eliminating the need to ask extra money from your parents.

It's a family-owned lala company! There is no HR btw! All of the things are managed by the CEO and his wife, who have no corporate experience. They don't give you any sick leaves, no health insurance, no perks, nothing! Hence you have to survive with whatever bare salary they give you. Even laborers have better labor laws than this company. Also, they are with the mindset that everyone working for them is a SLAVE! You can expect to get a call at 9 pm/12 am/4 am. You are going to destroy your career option here, you will be given a position as a buyer or merchandiser, but the work is only cataloging in Excel. Don't waste your NIFT course here. You guys can find far better jobs!
