Salary increment will be there after giving resign. They value you only when your absence can cause some loss. Zero heirarchy system is there. They talk big and do less. Salary will come after 15th of month.

...nin did not provide any type of compensation CL,EL & Career Growth is very slow. Salary was not given on time it was given next half of the months.....

Opening 3to4distributer but not getting good support form my manger

I have opened new distributer but my manger is leaving to works with this distributer. He will always asking resignation so I ave sended.

Every one was very supportive. I trained appox. twenty 20 members. for career prospective it is a very good company. working environment is very good.

Dislikes

They follows traditional approach not modern approach. Innovative ideas not considering before taking a market survey. they don't want to take risk.

Product quality and its pricing and its range. Most importantly the higher authority & the companies Managing Director & the Chairman.

Dislikes

Local branch management is very poor. No hierarchy is maintained, lack of transparency, service issues is huge, greater responsibility is not given as per the designation. In competent Branch Manager with a deficiency of overall management quality.
