Job security is fine here, salary structure is also good if u compare it with other core companies. But career growth is not that much as all senior guys are locals and sitting there for years. So u can't grow up there

...re.teammates are supportive and the management is trasparent there is chilling .company policies are good they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address ourissues. There is a bond of 2year before which you cannot resign on the job traing .

I like a job but no growth a job

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high. Something, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes into the night.

Technology exposure and lot of focus on AI skills

Dislikes

Long working hours in midnight. Unstructured work culture across all IT teams. Lot of voluntary attrition. IT leadership is Indian in the US. Increment is like Indian IT companies 2-6% with no promotions
