...ompany owners are very good & they are open to innovation and adopts technology. Salary give on time

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Compensation is low and growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. I have to 12 - 14 hours on daily basis. Appraisal is very bad & not give in time. They always give late appraisal & arrears not give 100%.
