Compensation is low and growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. I have to 12 - 14 hours on daily basis. Appraisal is very bad & not give in time. They always give late appraisal & arrears not give 100%.

It's been 1 year and 6 months since I worked in Maral and I look after the maintenance department, my job is store keeper, ERP, but I am in charge of maintenance, my salary is 10200 and my post is worker. That's why I am unlikeing.
