Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. Zero commitment of management to teachers and students Zero holistic development of students A haven for students who were not able to make it to other colleges No values being imparted No sports, cultural events to promote students innate talents Teachers who are here see their job as a pass time with no value added to their efforts in reaching out to students who are not great at learning Blackmailing students with their internal marks has become a norm

Worked and studied in a environment friendly compound. Enough study materials are there for refering. Friendly faculties and supporting friends .
