Like to teach and update btech scholars in their respective domain. Feels good in doing so.

Dislikes

No salary hike. Badly treated by management inspite of being well qualified and experienced. No job security. No sick leaves at all. If you are unwell, any company gives atleast 5days of sick leave annually but here, no such thing.

Likes

Near to Trivandrum city. Good management and colleagues. NAAC A grade college and All the B.Tech. programs are NBA accredited. Punctual/Sincere staffs. Disciplined environment Good placements.

Dislikes

1. Since it is now autonomous, faculties work load is higher than that of the non-autonomous colleges. 2. Faculties expect more salaries (Note: it is autonomous!!!). 3. Why all these un-necessary meetings? Also note that, the qualities of intake of the BTech students are just average, so we need to stick or rely on standard conventional practices of exams. 4. Questions based on Blooms Taxonamy is for students like IIT and NIITs etc. Dont give much weightage for them. It is not that last word. Understand the ground reality. 5. How many students will join in next academic year? Why is 120 students less in 2021 batch. If students did not join as expected in next academic year- I suggest management to approach a standard educational consultancy to fix the issues.
