Untill it was only Maquet Medical the work culture was good and individual had an entrepreneur ship feeling in his work and good teritory were allocated.

Dislikes

Once getinge and MAQUET got merged and became getinge medical work culture became to worsen. Teritory were decreased chance of growth - promotion were becoming less , unnecessary heirchay were made, excessive monitoring trackers in mobiles and from an Equipment division it became a pharma company culture. New management bringing there own closed colleagues on higher post and old employees are unnecessarily demoted. Not a good atmosphere to work after merging of Maquet and Getinge.
