Good boss and with a very nice work environment. Busy welding shop but, Pay is too low. Union shop with dues, No benefits insurance. After 90 days. For several months I have been Working there and today with some time.. enjoy working there.

After every month 1st week new joinees come and next month they go so enjoy meeting new faces and then say bye.

Dislikes

Nothing to like here.Family business.None of the HR team has ever studied HR policies and not even qualified to be called as HR. Director talks big and seems company going in loss they do not retain any employee for more than 6 months
