No Benefits No Proper Appraisal No Recognition If you join as a Accountant and rest of life you have to serve as a Accountant. No Promotion. High Salary & Incentive, Increament for those who don't work.

Selling non approved products to Agriculture, Animal husbandry, environment. Products were not approved by FCO & CIB ( fertiliser control order and central insecticide board) same product was being sold at different prices and name in different segment. Making fool to the customer. EMRO, Japan official used to come with some ingredients( may be bacterial culture) to make the product. The bacterial culture was not supported by Corentin certificate by the govt of India. In Maharashtra many times the agriculture Department stop selling the products as it was neither approved by FCO & CIB but people are selling using other means.Obtaining certificate from Ecocert is a different ball game.
