The organization has a very open office culture and very transparent, you have a free hand to take decisions and are valued for your talents, Policies are employee friendly and flexible

Compensation is good but growth is slow. Appreciation is missing.

There is no scope for anyone u just get salary even in that salary the management ask to do multiple work in less salary. Management not supporty and friendly with staff they are not valuing for staff.

I went for an interview on 15th April 2024 scheduled for 2pm. The 1st round started at 3pm by asst hr manager , then head hr took 2nd round, i had to wait until 6pm for the HOD round because he was busy after iv done he ask me to join as consultant i said who accepts degrowth i came for the store manager profile

He said he could offer me asst store manger post , I agreed on that so he said will let you know from 15 th april today is 22 nd still i didn’t receive any reply or anything from there side, and the the main thing This the 3 rd time happen with me from same compnay.

The organisation was really good but the staff environment in Hyderabad location was so worst worked at many great places with humongous work load but never faced such worst work behaviour

The surroundings and the worst work ethic i really suggest people to choose maple except location Hyderabad worst management I ever seen.
