Dislikes

Manuli has a good work-life balance and timing. But I didn't like the work culture. You will not find a single corporate culture here. I left them because I felt that my senior was not more than a ZERO. He wanted to shed all his work to me without giving accreditations. There is no scope for growth here.

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st.
