- No clear guidelines for promotion - Salary is not upto the industrial standards - Disrespect towards female employees. No maternity leaves provided (Not abiding the maternity act) - Rude HR. Unruly and unproffessional.

Pathetic company they don't respect other people they only respect people who are Gujarati directors only listen to managers no learning no support they call people from other city to Ahmedabad but they don't give training to them simple in hindi words like baniye ki dukan direct kaam par baitha do aur US accounting handle karne ko bolo toxic work culture and environment CA call centre

Government department - Favouritism in favour of female staff, no professionalism, no corporate culture, Horse, Donkey all are treated equally, If you are not working, doing mistakes, just sit relax no one will tell you anything. No resource management, No planning, Saw people changing stands frequently, Lots of politics. If you love data entry, please join asap.

Worst experience ever with partner and manager in Internal Audit domain. They are treating you very badly. Toxic atmosphere to work. Office politics and favourism can kill your efficiency and productivity. They will always favour the old candidate and demotivate the new candidates. Partner always listen to the manager and doesn't listen to the candidate. After doing hardwork for a month if you resigning in your probation period due to genuine reason they are not giving salary for the entire month. Worst kind of experience where you have worked day and night to meet up the expectations and still not getting the salary for the work done. What could be worse than this? Shame on you guys. You are taking benefits from someone's commitments and weak points. Anyways, I'll think that I have given that amount as a Charity. Keep it with you.
