Accessibility to station from office. Walking distance. You can earn good incentives during season time but you will pay it off by skipping lunches almost everyday and doing over times almost 4 times a week.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address the issues. They only listen to the staff who is older to their company in terms of working years which is not right I believe. Working environment is pathetic. Package is pretty good depending on your last ctc, your English communication and your qualifications and experiences as they rarely have front office staffs with speaking English, but no work life balance. No time regulations. You wont feel like you have been to your house even though it is near to your residence location. The bosses dont care of losing their staffs. Dont care to know about what their staffs opinion is.. very upsetting one. And the staff here is filled with a lot of gossiping household ladies. No working culture. No career growth. Over here In-timings are very strictly followed but the management doesn't count on the out-timings. No OT given ever. And yes ofcourse - No Job Security.

The management is rigid specially the HR and Admin team boss are worse. They will ask you to come early but if are willing to live early they will not allow They will call to work on weekends and will not pay you and also will not give a comp off. You need to pay for their work from your pocket and they will pay you afterwards.

It gives you immense opportunities for learning n growth. Company emphasises employees personal growth as well as for professional growth. It believes in 360 degree feedback n open communication where everyone is heard.

It does not provide leaves on festivals being organsation in retail jewellery industry. Does not open for work from home.

Training and guidance provided by company. Taking care of the employee's well being is very high in the priority list of the company. There is very transparent system for the feedback and appraisal.

I don't find anything major but communication within employees should be improved.
