I am working in mantri metallics as a quality engineer. Co-worker in here are very friendly and helpful. I got apportunity to work in quality as well as maintenance and production also. Recently they are installed robotics for more production. I got learned all quality instruments.

Dislikes

Salary in here never in time. I have worked here many times in two shifts continue but never get noticed or appreciated. They don't provide any industrial training. Management don't think about salary hike.

If you are job less then you can take risk for 2 or 3 month's.

Dislikes

...ice Boy, workers' etc. They fire any employee over night (by no entry on gate). If you are low budgeted then you may ok but high salary ( more than 40 K) they can't afford more then 2 month's. A company where Vice President purchasing house keeping and pantry materials😀😀 I left TVS Group and they left me 😀 coz they want policy according to them not as per rules.

There is the very bad behaviour and also they give the late payment and there nature is not good, the all employees are very lazy because of the the company CEO give them a due to late salary that's why and also the seniors are not behave carefully and sincerely with workers and juniors Employee. There is no team work, Not a good support from seniors.

No any Good Facility is there, They not gave the salary timely. They give me salary after 3 months later, not me all over the staff and worker's also.

Likes

Team work, Skill development, Knowledge up gradation due to world class customers. Organisation chart is very good. Good support from Owner.

Dislikes

Labor union, Labor strike, Very late salary, Labor working nature.

Likes

Mostly fresher's graduates are hired in MMPL for operators for automated robot line where we have to handle CNC VMC Emag for various operations and one Fanuc robot for material handling.. which is actually good opportunity to learn various types of machines at a time

Nothing much just some kind of corporate politics as usual nothing much...
