...ironment, very good work life balance. Give pace to employees to learn and work. Salary is on time. HR and IT are cooperative. Task ownership ly with you. So you need to own and get it done or do it. People, staff are very supportive. I am not sure for promotion and appraisal, as I am yet to get increament.

Toxic Work Culture, Salary Issues & Exploitation I worked at Mantra Smart Identity, a subsidiary of Mantra Softech, and i had an extremely negative experience. After clearing of 4 rounds of interviews, I joined on a low salary (25000 rupee a mos.) out of urgency. From day one , I was overloaded with unrealistic deadlines and excessive pressure, especially by project manager Puspendra Pal. Despite multiple complaints to HR Lakshmi Charan, no support was provided. when i resigned during probation, they denied my final salary and relieving letter, and threated my career in an HR meeting. They also salary regularly, don't provide salary slips easily, and lack any employee friendly policies or benefits. If you're Graphic Designer or IT professional, please think twice before joining Mantra Softech or it subsidiaries (like Mefron, Mewurk, Mitras Pro). My experience involved harassment, exploitation and unethical behaviour.
