Managers having more than18-20 years of experience don't have manners how to traet their juniors and managers think they are the owner of the company actually they are C company 😀😀

Salary cuts, undue pressure despite lots of business, unnecessary processes and systems.

No support at all, unnecessary reports, unexplained salary cuts, power centralised on one person, no one is open for discussion. Unnecessary pressure despite overachieving targets.
