Not much work politics... Other than this nothing

Asking to work on Saturdays without compensation and any benifit. Did not pay salary of last two months. Expect employee to be on time, work extra hours with out paying the basic salary for more than two months. Expect excellent quality of work with bare minimum resources. Yelling at employees and humiliation is a quite normal for CEO of the firm. Even restroom breaks are monitored by HR. All corporate rules are applied for Employees but the firm doesn't follow any of them.

I am glad that I work in Manteio I Solutions. The support from everyone and the positive work environment was amazing. I value's our CEO commitment to nurturing young talents. Their willingness to sit with us, just like any other team member, and provide guidance is truly commendable.

As it is a startup, employees have the advantage of using this learning platform to upskill. The work Culture is good. I have got to learn a lot about different niches here.

Not a dislike, but a suggestion is to provide flexible timings for the employees.

New company when I worked here. Good to learn many skills and many open opportunity. Work style should be improve but soon the company will grow to heights as company owner aim is big. All the best to the company. Hope will work back for the organization.

Pre Planning for the project is most important where it was lacking but soon I hope they are working on it. They always take opinion from employees and follow them. Best part from the Owner.
