Little bit improvement in english as I was in US process.

Dislikes

They ask for 2 months notice period when you want to leave but when process ramped down they give you one months time on desk with 40% salary. There is no chance of professional growth. Every year you have to beg and cry for yearly increment than only they give you increment.
