Yeah it's quite good enough to survive at MANORAMA,while at working their is no peace at all. Any shift you had different challenges and you play different characters in job role conducted by management. Following the rule of management, under any circumstances are natural.

Dislikes

Some People (Bengali & Kerala) are dislike North East people, even work with them and mingle with them is very hard and very uneasy sometimes. Even firstly HR Madam Basudha also not treated me well, then after when I'm deciding to resign from my work she give her accompany to me. Ask me to more time before left MANORAMA, but as a Tribal or ST people I'm not satisfied to work under these management because we are coming so far and even after a long journey management didn't show their class of their excellence.
