No technical knowledge is with any employee. PMC department is worst department. The managers is having zero knowledge in civil engineering.

The work culture is very poor in the company,here people coming through references are getting higher salary and most of them don't know about the work.

They do a lot of drama in paying you the salary for 2 months when you left the company,and F&F settlement and experience letter.

Overall company is good and well Managed and owners are IIT'ians. You will learn lots of new things from this company.

Salary is big issue. You will find salary definitely but irregularities high sometimes got 1 month delay salaries.

... Bad Company, Heavy Work Pressure, No work Satisfaction. Bad Culture of Company. Company will not Pay Total Salary at end of Month at which you have joined the Company. They never Submit the total amount of PF in Pf Account . They submit only half PF amount instead of Submitting full Pf amount. You will never get complete Salary. HR of this Company is very Bad.They always deduct your Salary without any Reason . No job Security. This Company don't provide Food and Accommodation to their Employee. Job of this Company is PAN India Basis. For every new Site You have to Give Interview to the Client. Then you will go to that site . If you fail the Interview then Company will Fire you immediately and say we donot have job for you So don't join this Company. Very very Bad Company. You will get annoyed by their Monday and Saturday Meeting . Apko apki Company ke taraf se bhi Pressure milta hai or client ke taraf se bhi Pressure milta hai.Ye Company Staff ki Kharid Bikri karti hai.ye Company Apney Client ko Sirf Manpower deti hai . Or Badley me staff ko Dono taraf se Pressure jhelna padta hai. At last ap khud hi job Choor dogey.
