As an Auditor office it has quite things to learn. Madurai branch needs a lot to change. They are simply using their brand image other than that it is not worth.

Dislikes

Worst Work life balance, toxic work culture, they pay salary for the employee in next month of more than 10-15 days and also they only pay when we frequently ask for. They make and change rules frequently only for the benefit of the employer. They neither provide tea or coffee nor allow you to go outside and have yourself. They don't have leave policy, they only provide leave for one day on diwali and one day on pongal for the whole year and if you take leave other than that then you have to bear the loss of pay. They neither provide food nor pay you for night shift overtime work in deadlines. If you ask for your night shift allowance they terminate you without giving you warning or notice and give you some silly reasons regarding your termination and also not provide an opportunity of being heard from your side. We have to make our own payslip yet they don't provide payslips to us. They don't provide you travel allowance for travelling to local client office for audit. In here, they hire employees without having proper infrastructure and when we went for appraisal they say that we don't perform well even though they know we have the capabilities. Simply, in here you have to work for more hours than actual work timing and don't expect salary, even tea or coffee and allowances for travel & night shift. They are hiring valuable employees yet they are exploiting them. They frequently recruit people because after they experience like this they will immediately leave. In this office if you ask to the most of the employees they all are must have worked in less than 1 year in this office. They have HR policies only for the benefit of the employer to deduct the salary from the employee. They say that they give increment in 3 months yet they don't provide you on time, sometimes they even deduct your current salary or terminate you without giving prior intimation. Eventhough this concern has many branches in all over india they don't provide relocation option instead they ask us to reisgn/relieve from madurai branch and we have to newly apply application for the branch for which location we have to relocate.

The firm consists of the best team who are always very accomodative and positive which helps you and organisation to grow hand in hand.

There are no dislikes for the firm as the crowd here is very professional and has positive approach in all the aspects.

Manohar Chowdhry Associates is good concer.. But Madurai office need to be improved..

New comers were ill treated by existing employees, sufficient training or work nature not explained but compel to work and report the same immediate. Head is also accepting comments of the existing employees because he believe them.. Auditor is good person. The incharge and Long working guys creating problems and politics. So new person cannot work in the concern.. More than 1 year the Manager openings is still open.. no body will join.. if join they will left within couple of weak.. Management has to analyze why the new comers not able to work and resolve the issues. Clean the old immature senior employees and allow new persons they will provide new ideas.. new change will come... my bad experience with this concern.
