Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Nothing to like about.

Dislikes

Lots of things here I want to discuss: 1. Lots of politics in the company. 2. Seniors in the accounts department are worse person than ever. They do nothing and pass on work to Juniors. 3. Actual Job profile was different than discussed in interview. 4. No Offer letter had been given to me while joining to company. 5. When I left the company their ego was hurt so no experience letter was given to me. 6. When I demanded experience letter they said no letter can be issued if you less than one year as per their company policy. 7. Terrible Work culture.

I like the boss nature's... And HR is helpful to team, working time and they understand the employees requirements. Like a family they treet, this is the my 1st Job I liked very much.

Dislike is politically work envarment in office... That I don't like. They should be equal with every employer.
