It was an internship, so I did not spend enough time to find flaws. But perhaps one area of improvement would be a structured internship policy - with stipends paid on time and a certificate given at the end.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high , sometimes I have work 14-18 hours straight in a day , as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late in to the night , Still my full and final is pending from their side.as I left the job on 21st March.2018

My star ratings are self explanatory . upliftment can be achieved in this company only if we do favours to superiors.They have A very bad team comprising of a CFO and linenmanager and if we don't entertain the CFO they will be thrown out of the organisation. I have had a very bitter experience with those two characters.

Manlift componey is good and provide very good facilities But people who are working there not good they never support juniors Also person who is in office they think like they are everything It's my personal suggestion never work in manlift if you go there you will be affected by politics
