I enjoyed my two month internship at Manlift India. The Marketing Department has a global work culture that gives you aa chance to voice your inputs as well as learn from the inputs of seniors.

Dislikes

It was an internship, so I did not spend enough time to find flaws. But perhaps one area of improvement would be a structured internship policy - with stipends paid on time and a certificate given at the end.

I love the fact that i am a part of a team that support always ,has safety products & stand me in front of top management of the company.I get chance to travel to the clients in the whole country.There is a job security also with good working environment where i feel free to work in every manner. Company culture is very good where all team members work together to reach a solution.

Dislikes

...ry.Also company not adopt good technology & training for the growth of employee.Salary is low but appraisal is high. Company also unnoticed me about my performance which is very good in company & they never appreciate me.also they hide some official things,they never teach us about any coming problems , they never advise us to work better.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base,

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high , sometimes I have work 14-18 hours straight in a day , as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late in to the night , Still my full and final is pending from their side.as I left the job on 21st March.2018

If you are freshers then this is the best company but if you are then don't waste your time here.

Top Management is worst. They are more Intresested for securing Job insist of resolving the issues and company achievement. People gets hired by managementon on basis of your work experience and skill but after employment they gets involved in other tasks

Nothing specific. To be frank I have wasted my time and service by working there

My star ratings are self explanatory . upliftment can be achieved in this company only if we do favours to superiors.They have A very bad team comprising of a CFO and linenmanager and if we don't entertain the CFO they will be thrown out of the organisation. I have had a very bitter experience with those two characters.
