Bad culture, no job security, no balance leave reimbursement, no yearly bonus, no increments and after resignation employee gets only salary of last working month no any others amount like leave encashment, bonus, gratuity etc... Laala based company... Owners always think about cost cutting for employees.

Extended Working Hours: While the official working hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, in reality, employees are expected to work from 8:10 AM until around 9:00 PM on most days, leading to a poor work-life balance. 4. Unsatisfactory Canteen Food: The quality of the food provided in the canteen leaves much to be desired, contributing to an overall negative daily experience. Uncomfortable workspace
