To be honest, my department was good. My HOD was good. I was given good opportunities to explore and learn.

...ther people. He just work to make his numbers and not for working the HR system. They don't pay good, they don't negotiate. The HR is really bad. I would suggest to not to join. Thanks What I hate most about Mankind is, the HR policies. At mankind research centre, manesar unit. The HR head is very bad. Poor policies, he does not have etiquette to behave and coordinate with other people. He just work to make his numbers and not for working the HR system. They don't pay good, they don't negotiate. So many dislike about company.. No salary increment, No promotion, No workers growth only Your promotion will happen only when you are in a relationship with a senior, respected you will not get any promotion People have been working here for 20 years, but no one has any increment nor promotion, which, on the post that years ago, he is on the post today, only the promotion belongs to those who are related to the company's Seniors.

My experience in mankind company is in a good ways, iam learning too much in this company and its a growing company so day by day company policies going in good ways

Money deduction from salary is too much, as compare to other compare to other companies.

Bad culture, no job security, no balance leave reimbursement, no yearly bonus, no increments and after resignation employee gets only salary of last working month no any others amount like leave encashment, bonus, gratuity etc... Laala based company... Owners always think about cost cutting for employees.
