In this company always hold my salary and expense and I inform every Senior and currently I work in Gravitas mankind very big politics he never released my salary and expense in time and in this month also he hold my expense

5 day working. Good for personal life. Salary come in month end.

3 months notice period for all employees, 3 year bond 30% of CTC but it is only one sided bond if employee will complete 3 year bond no benefit for employees.

...slike. Work culture is worst, GMP is not followed. Management is full of idiots. HR don't provides CTC in mail, and after joining they surprisingly reduce your package. Superiors uses bad language to get work done.

Based on advertisement and cheap marketing they are growing in india. But as I told that there is no quality in products hence, let's wait and watch. Mr. Sharma who is VP has lost his brother during covid and I think that now due to this incident he is not mentally stable and use to take revenge from the employees.

Skill level of the Managers are not upto the level. They starts thinking like they are the owner of the organisation and behave like this. Still lot of things to be improved.

Please add little bit more controls for hiring of HODs. Please do verification for salary and experience during recruitment.
