The working culture is really bad , people will be fooled in the name of many benefits . The seniors Are soo toxic that they will always throw up their every mistake on you . You forgot about your personal time because you will have to work here for 3- 4 hours extra also .nd after all those things they will not provide you good increment also ..

Bad culture, no job security, no balance leave reimbursement, no yearly bonus, no increments and after resignation employee gets only salary of last working month no any others amount like leave encashment, bonus, gratuity etc... Laala based company... Owners always think about cost cutting for employees.

There is now working life balance work starts at 9.30 am ends at 11 pm, if you don't want to give your family time then it's a good company for you, worst culture they will fire you anytime make you sit at home without any reason so that you give resignation
