To start a carrier it's good opportunity to start with. Job security is good. Manjushree have a very good team technical wise. Good company to start a carrier whoever intrested in plastic field. Will get a job confirmations company side in a year.

Dislikes

Very low salary package. Yearly increment is very less. Canteen food is not good. Yearly compensation is average. No snack facilities for night shift.

My favourite thing about working for my company is that we actively encourage and propagate the idea of imployee appreciation and engagement. Everyone who works here enjoys their position and their job. We're vetted to do exactly what we love, moreover, training is paid for, and there are a number of other amazing benefits we gather. Personally, I think my favourite aspect is the open communication we have between all employees and management.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is not very high. Sometime, I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day but overtime faculty not provide. I have to attend senior's calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

No sitting place for employees even if your desigantion is assistant manager , staff salary is high and 95% staff was illeterate as per qualifiaction including talking sense, gestures & stanadards they make completely fool to company owner and there employees dont know about other industries knowledge except manjushree, staff came late at 9.20 to 10 am , no growth, employees taken high salary suppose in production deptt 10 staff hired they dont have more work but enjoying shift time and make company owner fool.

Dislikes

- Poor work culture - poorly defined roles, responsibilities - poor adherence to SOPs, protocols - Poor HR policies, total lack of transperancy - poor exit policy - 3 months notice period, high deduction in case of incomplete notice period and loss of variable pay. The longer one stays here, the bigger the loss during exit.

Its a growing company filled with opportunities and challenges. Its very new to corporate still most compensation and benefits to employees are like any major company

Dislikes

It needs to groom new talents which it has started needs to strengthen this for longer
