Learning different programming languages.

Dislikes

Work atmosphere and culture is not good. No job security. No increment in salary. Collegues were not good. I know many languages and applications and high qualified so they were always trying to put me down and trying to show me down. Even head of the Institute were taking their side because they all were permanent employees and had worked 10 years worked together with HOD. I left that work because I have knowledge and qualification so why to work in that atmosphere where there is no value for knowledge and qualification. I have worked 1 and Half year but was getting only 6500 salary and no permanent and no salary increment.
