Never delay salary, skill development also fine but it should be improve, personality development class once a week 2 hours we have to attend, if staff do extra hours duty management give food + tea . Every occasion celebrate nicely in hospital like holi, diwali, and other competition 💃dance, 🎤singing, fine arts 🎨✍🎭💕, cooking👨‍🍳🍲 they arranged. Over all management is good.

Dislikes

Here day duty for technician is 8 hrs and night duty 12 hrs but for nurses day duty 6 hrs and night 12 hours ie partiality. Don't allow to take long leave.

1.working environment is not good at all . 2.Higher authority persons are not accepting juniors point of view and talent even they are not listening juniors probelms .

Very happy & most of the employee are very happy to work at manipal.

The promotions & increamants are not farly done , also few employees are strogling with very less salary after working 15 pluse years.

People who are in top most position like medical superintendent/chief manager are not doing their work properly always doing bad politics to others to keep their chair stable.In bhubaneswar unit currently medical administration is very bad and always doing dirty politics rather than their work. Hospital is a best hospitals,if they change or minus this kind of unwanted people.

There is nothing dislike about hospital except salary which you provided for a pharmacist position
