All the consultants are v good and it was great learning from them medical studies.

Manipal hospital goa, they give more salary to alternate medicine doctors than mbbs doctors. Also alternate medicine doctors are appreciated than mbbs doctors. Mbbs doctors are paid very less salary, no proper offs are given in casualty. The reason for leaving the institution.

Very poor number of leave for employees and the management keeps changing their rules which makes it difficult for an employee to have a standard work culture in turn affecting the work life balance

1.working environment is not good at all . 2.Higher authority persons are not accepting juniors point of view and talent even they are not listening juniors probelms .

The promotions & increamants are not farly done , also few employees are strogling with very less salary after working 15 pluse years.

People who are in top most position like medical superintendent/chief manager are not doing their work properly always doing bad politics to others to keep their chair stable.In bhubaneswar unit currently medical administration is very bad and always doing dirty politics rather than their work. Hospital is a best hospitals,if they change or minus this kind of unwanted people.
