...ond party companies employees,but not satisfied this job, third party companies contractor employees getting more then salary second party employees getting less salary, not providing salary slips, they gave duplicate salary slips.

Very happy & most of the employee are very happy to work at manipal.

Dislikes

The promotions & increamants are not farly done , also few employees are strogling with very less salary after working 15 pluse years.

People who are in top most position like medical superintendent/chief manager are not doing their work properly always doing bad politics to others to keep their chair stable.In bhubaneswar unit currently medical administration is very bad and always doing dirty politics rather than their work. Hospital is a best hospitals,if they change or minus this kind of unwanted people.

...promotions.. even though you are good at communication skills and hard worker ….you get nothing expect salary at the end of the month .. but if you are from OC background then you can work in Manipal hospitals Vijayawada .. even though you are worst at communication skills .. you can talk rudely to patients , you can fight with them also .. whatever you wanna do u can do it like a fish market .. although you will get appraisals and promotions …
