There is nothing dislike about hospital except salary which you provided for a pharmacist position

...ond party companies employees,but not satisfied this job, third party companies contractor employees getting more then salary second party employees getting less salary, not providing salary slips, they gave duplicate salary slips.

Dislikes

Second party contractor and third party companies contractor, they're not providing salary slips, and less salary not able to stay with Bangalore,all prices are increasing but not increasing properly salary.

Very bad experience in my entire life, other manipal hospitals I don't know but millers road, banglore manipal hospital is worst experience in my entire life they don't show humanity for workers especially the HR team

Perks of free consultation at the hospital for employees and certain percentage of discount on treatment as well

Dislikes

... is horrible as we get only one day off (not Sunday, has to be during weekdays). 12 hrs of night shift without overtime pay. Made to work overtime during normal shift (although paid a bit for this one). We don’t get to explore the field and learn while we work rather feels like a robotic job

Everything including work life balance as duties are of 24-36 hours, salary is least in the country, no promotion, no satisfaction and got cheated as well as didn't receive a month's salary. Not at all expected from such a reputed hospital which was Manipal hospital, Mukundapur, Kolkata. Hence not recommended at all.
