My job responsibilities in target when finished the month end . But my salary based on target. So this is my difficult situation. So I relieve in my work.

Work life balance is good. Medium pressure of work. Cool environment. Supporting employees.

Salary structure is bit difficult. They cut maximum salary as variables which become very less amount Inhand.Otherwise no issue in this company.

Low Salary, less increment, late increment, continuous lay off, HR department delay the task and lazy, give preference to those who were working long and created dependency on projects.
