The company is open to innovation and readily adapts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global clients base. As a result L get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on site travel is completely dependent on your project and client's location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a A1 visa quickly.

I am good performance in manikgarh cement company with the team in the office and I am marketing fields officer in joining the company 2016 and present.

Electrical department culture is good but overall environment is not grt.

The politics by the management is immense Higher level and the unit head presently is the big gamer and not a stable person on his decisions Frequently change of decision and the workers are also continue on strike and this environment is making plant to shutdown frequently.

The working place and company always giving us new task and work by which new skills developed and knowledge increases and the culture of company is good, we learn many new thigs from seniors or top management.

Although i were being Jr.most resource there still my ideas, Suggestions and the Software i had developed is well accepted by the management and they started using the same for their Daily Transaction by replacing the existing one.
