Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Nothing as the company is garbage because of it's only director Adris Chakraborty. He is totally uncultured, unmanned, ruthless, pathetic person in terms of behaviour & nature. He even doesn't know what's the job for a director. He indulges in every matter as he knows everything. He is a totally SHIT person.

Dislikes

Everything is perfect i.e. employees but due to Adris Chakraborty there is no management kind of thing. As he has ruined everything & everyone's life. He thinks every employee is his slave as he leaves in America (US). The HR Simran Kaur is even more worst then him. Will ask you to join on immediately & will ask more early to resign as he wasn't aware of the qualification & experience. She has ruined life of n number of employees from a well established corporate sector. She even doesn't have sense to look for candidates suitable for the role. What a company & management. Full of GARBAGE.

The founder isn’t sure about what’s his plan is to get this company better in future. He recently laid off few of the employees with a minutes time without having an internal discussion regarding the same. He is really unsure about the next steps which need to be taken to grow the organisation. Had a really worse experience working here
