I am learning a lot here. Manglam had given me everything. Freshers can become project manager withing 4-5 years if he works hard. Work timings are flexible. No need of any stress if you're ab employee of manglam. I really learnt from this company.

Starting salary is less for civil engineers, rest all thing is good. Best place to work

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Amazing work place , 100% secure , balanced life, work load as per work capacity. Very nice environment, very helpful staff ,senior and directors. Positive vibes. The only loose point is no appraisal no growth of income. Otherwise lots of things to achieve and new
