They are also threatening other employees. It's one of the toughest time. The employees works for the betterment of the company and give their best to bring it to its best. But when the situation is not in the favour, it easily kicks out its employees.There's not a single support.

The company treats its employees as they are their servant. It does not provide the actual it hires for. It's harassing its employees. The working hour is from 0930-1830 hrs, but forcefully asks you to stay till 2100hrs in night. There are lot many other issues.

It's a family business, you won't get perks and benefits of any MNC. They have diversity in products so material handling and experience is a plus point when it comes to learning.

Dislikes

... even if don't do anything constructive you will be counted in valuable asset... Being good in the eyes of CEO is important to attain good salary and other benefits. Also importance is give to female employs more than male.

The familiar feeling and due to very good variety of products you will learn alot from here.

They don't appreciate the talent as per their worth. They just increase your salary as per there person bond with you.

I like only the secure atmosphere for females And rest is ok type

It's actually a man's dominating company You can survive only if you have a god father in this company or else you have very strong approach.

Likes

They give opportunity to new talents; you can learn a lot from your seniors. Food is provided to anyone working away from their hometown. Bonus is given after completion of 1 year, also there is nothing like notice period.

Dislikes

It's a typical family business, no corporate benefits, no Saturday off. Good for fresher but not a longer run unless you are local, staying with your family., also not looking for career growth as hardly there is any learning curve.
