If you have a good management, you can work peacefully,but here it changes every 5 years due to elections . Every management wants to remove the old staff on flimsy reason and bring their own staff or new candidates for the job. Very few directors have banking knowledge which makes it difficult for the staff to work there.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike about the job, if you love banking and like customer service then it is a good job except dirty politics.
